What we work by

Authority by design.
We work on what engines and customers actually check: pages, profiles, listings, reviews and answers. We stay away from tricks, which tend to stop working within a few months.

We lead with the weak numbers.
The numbers that need the most work come first in every report, where you can’t miss them. Progress only means something if the starting point was honest.

A number, a target, a date.
Every goal comes back as a number on a date you picked. If it can’t be measured, we don’t call it a result.

You own what we build.
Everything lives on your accounts and your domain. Every stage ends with something you keep, whether or not you continue.
Out of bounds
What we won’t do
- Invent a client result. Anything illustrative is labeled as a composite, and the label stays on.
- Promise rankings or AI mentions. Nobody can honestly guarantee what an engine will say.
- Flatter a stalled number. If it stalls, you see it, with what we’re doing about it.
- Write fake reviews, or ask you to.
- Put you on a marketing list because you sent one email.
The mark
Why two brackets and a dot
The Citation: two brackets around a single orange dot. It says what we sell, which is being the name an engine returns.
That orange means one thing everywhere you see it: this is the one being cited. We never use it for anything else.

Tell us what you do and what you want to be found for. We reply to every request, even when the answer is that we’re not a fit.
