Privacy policy

This page states what information this site collects, why, who processes it, and how to reach us about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are

This site (authengine.ai) is operated by Authority Engine Inc. Questions about this policy go to hello@authengine.ai.

What we collect, and when

• Forms. If you submit a form, we receive what you type: typically your name, practice name, website, and contact details. We use it to respond to the request you made and for nothing else without asking.
• Booking. If you book a call, we receive the name, email, and time you provide, and we use them to hold and confirm the appointment.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer it and refer back to it.

Browsing the site requires none of the above. This site is not a medical service and is not intended to receive patient health information; please do not submit it.

Analytics, without cookies

We measure site usage with PostHog in a cookieless configuration: no analytics cookies are set, nothing persists in your browser between visits, and we do not track you across other sites. Usage events (such as a page view or a completed form) are recorded without a durable identifier.

Who processes data on our behalf

• LeadConnector (HighLevel). Runs our forms, booking calendar, and customer records. Form and booking submissions are stored there.
• PostHog. Processes the cookieless usage analytics described above.
• Netlify. Hosts this site and, like any host, records standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations.

Each processor handles data under its own agreement with us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these processors except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and correspondence for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started with us, and we delete them on request. Server logs and analytics events age out on the processors’ standard schedules.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it, and we will.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

All three requests go to hello@authengine.ai. We reply within one business day.

Children

This site is for professional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here. This draft is pending review by counsel; material changes from that review will be reflected on this page.
